Texas Quick Limo – Payment, Cancellation & Service Policy

Thank you for choosing Texas Quick Limo (TQL) for your luxury transportation needs. We strive to offer a premium, seamless experience from booking to final drop-off. Please review our service policies below to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

Booking Confirmation & Estimated Pricing

All services are confirmed at the time of booking and are based on the estimated trip details provided. If you would like to limit your service duration or cost, please contact our office at (512) 999-2856 prior to your scheduled ride.

Cancellation Policy

For services within the U.S., cancellations must be made as follows:

  • Sedans & SUVs: At least 3 hours in advance for transfers, and 24 hours in advance for hourly bookings.

  • Sprinters: 3 days’ notice required for all bookings (transfers and hourly).

  • Special Events and Citywide Events are subject to custom terms and are exempt from the standard cancellation policy. Please confirm details during your booking.

Wait Time Policy

Wait time charges apply after 15 minutes for transfers, and 30 minutes for commercial airport arrivals and FBO/private flight arrivals. Wait time begins at flight landing for all airport pickups. We are not responsible for airline delays or missed connections. Please notify us as soon as possible to avoid late cancel charges.

Passenger Conduct & Safety

For legal compliance and safety: Alcohol is prohibited in sedans and SUVs. Drug use is prohibited in all vehicles. Minors (under 21) may not possess or consume alcohol or drugs in any vehicle. Standing through sunroofs is illegal. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Drivers may terminate service without refund due to misconduct, and law enforcement may be contacted.

Payment & No Refund Policy

All payments made through invoice or secure payment link are considered final and non-refundable, unless a written exception is made before the service begins.

By completing payment, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

  • The service was delivered and accepted as requested.

  • Their company or authorized representative approved the service.

  • No disputes or chargebacks will be initiated after payment, unless pre-arranged and documented.
    Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action and denial of future services.

Agreement & Acknowledgment

By confirming a reservation or submitting payment, you agree to all terms outlined in this policy. It is your responsibility to ensure all passengers and decision-makers are informed of these policies.
