Booking Terms & Conditions
Luxury Ground Transportation • Austin, Texas • Effective June 2026

Thank you for choosing Texas Quick Limo (TQL) for your luxury transportation needs. We strive to offer a premium, seamless experience from booking to final drop-off. Please review our service policies below to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

1- Booking Confirmation & Estimated Pricing:

All services are confirmed at the time of booking and are based on the estimated trip details provided by the client. Final pricing may vary if trip parameters change, including additional stops, extended duration, or route modifications.

If you would like to limit your service duration or cost, please contact our office prior to your scheduled ride.

2- Cancellation Policy
The following minimum advance notice periods apply to all cancellations. Cancellations received after these deadlines will be treated as no-shows and charged in full.

  • VEHICLE TYPE | TRANSFER BOOKING | HOURLY BOOKING:
  • Sedan | 6 hours in advance | 6 hours in advance
  • SUV | 6 hours in advance | 6 hours in advance
  • Stretch Limousine | 12 hours in advance | 12 hours in advance
  • Sprinter Van | 12 hours in advance | 12 hours in advance
  • Special & Citywide Events Custom terms apply—confirm at booking

No-Show Policy: Failure to cancel within the required window or failure to appear at the scheduled pickup location will result in a full-charge no-show fee.

3- Minimum Hourly Booking Requirements:
All hourly reservations are subject to the following minimum booking durations. Bookings that run shorter than the minimum are still charged at the minimum rate.

  • VEHICLE | MINIMUM DURATION
  • Sedan | 2 hours
    SUV | 2 hours
  • Sprinter Van | 4 hours
  • Stretch Limousine | 4 hours

4- Wait Time Policy:
Wait time charges begin to accrue after the following complimentary grace periods have elapsed:

  • Standard transfers: 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time
  • Commercial airport arrivals: 60 minutes from actual flight landing
  • FBO / Private flight arrivals: 60 minutes from actual landing

Please note: Wait time begins at confirmed flight landing for all airport pickups, regardless of scheduled arrival time. TQL is not responsible for airline delays, missed connections, or flight diversions. Clients must notify TQL as soon as possible of any changes to avoid late cancellation charges.

5- Passenger Conduct & Safety:
All passengers are required to comply with Texas state law and TQL’s onboard policies at all times. The following rules are strictly enforced in every TQL vehicle:

  • Alcohol is prohibited in all Sedans and SUVs.
  • Drug use is prohibited in all vehicles at all times.
  • Minors (under 21) may not possess or consume alcohol or drugs in any TQL vehicle.
  • Standing through or protruding from sunroofs is illegal and strictly not permitted.
  • Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any vehicle.

Driver Authority: TQL drivers reserve the right to terminate service immediately and without refund in the event of passenger misconduct, illegal activity, or any behavior that compromises safety. Law enforcement may be contacted when appropriate.

6- Payment & Refund Policy:
All payments made through TQL’s invoice system or secure payment link are considered final and non-refundable, unless a written exception has been granted by TQL prior to the commencement of service. By completing payment, the client expressly agrees that:

  • The service was delivered and accepted as requested.
  • The client or their authorized representative approved the service in advance.
  • No chargebacks or payment disputes will be initiated unless pre-arranged and documented in writing with TQL.

Chargeback Policy: Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action and permanent denial of future TQL services. TQL reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies for unauthorized payment disputes.

7- Client Responsibility:
It is the sole responsibility of the booking client to ensure that all passengers and any relevant decision-makers are fully informed of these Terms and Conditions prior to the service date. TQL assumes no liability for any party’s failure to review or comply with these terms. The person completing the booking acts as the authorized representative for all passengers in the reservation.

8- Agreement & Acknowledgment:

By confirming a reservation or submitting payment to Texas Quick Limo, LLC, you—on behalf of yourself and all passengers—agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated in this document. These terms constitute the full agreement between you and TQL and supersede any prior verbal or written understandings not documented herein.
